 I am providing below , a detailed description of Three Main Kydney Desease Curing Hindu Temples , where I surrendered to Lord Siva.

In Most Siva Temples , where The Almighty takes on the role of the Doctor , Lord Siva is referred to as Vaithyanathar.

In Most Vishnu Temples , where The Almighty takes on the role of the Doctor , Lord Vishnu is referred to as Dhanvanthri.

In some Siva Temples , you get the Shrine Of Vaithyanatha Swamy in the form of the holy Siva Lingam.Specific Vaithyanatha Swamy Temples that are Extremely Powerful ( Desease Curing Divine Powers) include Thirunallam in Koneri Rajapuram in Kumbakonam , and also the well known Vaitheeswaran Kovil better known as Angarahan Temple , and is one of the Saivite Navagraha Temples in Tamilnadu.

There is a powerful Vaithyanatha Swamy Temple in North Sri Lanka in the Jaffna Peninsula known as Vaidheeswarar Kovil. I paid homage to Lord Siva at this temple , before and after my pilgrimage to India.

There are two Powerful Dhanvanthri Temples in Kerala - Thottuvai Dhanvanthri Temple in Ernakulam ,and Nelluvai Dhanvanthri Temple in Thrissur.

Catholics regard Mother Mary , St.Anthony & St.Sebastian as  the Healing Doctors rather than Jesus.The Belief is that The Almighty Father and Jesus have delegated the responsibility of Health to them.I have also personally witnessed the power of these Saints.Mother Mary is " Arokkiya Matha " ( Our Lady of Good Health or Our Lady of Perpetual Health ) ,and Powerful Desease Curing Shrines  of Mother Mary are thronged by Crowds in Velankanni and Poondi , in Tamilnadu , and Marudha Madhu in North Sri Lanka , and Tewatte in South Sri Lanka.I have worshipped at all these Shrines.

It has been my personal experience , and I will stand testimony to the fact that if One were to Pray at Samayapuram to Mariamman or at Velankanni to Maryamman(Mary Matha), it is the same , and has the same effect.

It is located near Vasudevanallur. One has to take right before Vasudevanallur while on the NH 208 towards North/Tirumangalam. Lord Shiva is called as "Mathiastha Naathar". His consort is Godess Akilandeshwari.Legend is that Lord Shiva Himself did "Mathiastham", meaning moderator, for Chera and Pandia kings when there was a dispute between them, over dividing land territory. It is beleived that this sthalam is a Neer (water - among the Panjaboothams) Sthalam. One who visits this temple is releived from all diseases ( internal and external) pertaining to Water. The Lingam covered with the Golden Nagabaranam. The temple also consists of a Grand Natarajar Sannadhi, a Siddhar's Samadhi. One special thing to mention is the Dhakshnamoorthy here.Dhakshnamoorthy is sitting above all Navagrahas, in a peetam.

How to reach	This sivasthalam temple is located 8 Kms from Aduthurai which is on the Mayiladuturai - Kumbakonam section of national highway. Nearest town is Kumbakonam. One can travel from either Kumbakonam or Aduthurai by town bus which goes to a place called Vadamattam and get down at a place called Konerirajapuram cross road stop. The temple is about 1 Km. from this cross road stop. Tirukkaruvili Kottittai sivasthalam is 2 1/2 Kms from here.

Masilamaneeswarar (Suththaratneswarar ) Temple at  Ooottaththur 

Location: The place is about 3.2 kms south-east of Padalur, which is 34 kms from Trichy on the Trichy – Chennai highway.

Significance: One of the Vaippu sthalams of Shiva

Main Deity: Sundravaneyswarar/ Akilandeswari Suttha Rathneswarar as Swayambu lingam with Akhilandeswari.

Legend: Nandhi river flowing in this region started from the mouth of Nandhi in this temple.

Once Shiva here adjudged Ganges as the supreme among them and so ordered his vahana Nandhi to face her side instead of facing Him.

Temple: This is an early Chola temple constructed by Rajaraja Chola and occupies an area of 5 acrea. The gopuram and a few mandapams have been constructed by Nayaks. We can see a huge Nandhi facing East when we enter the temple. On the roof we can see the Gods of 27 stars and 12 rasis. It is said that this place is good for worship of stars. Nataraja and Sivakami ammai stone idols are made of one single stone. The Brahma Theertham well lies in between the main deity and Nandhi Devar, which is very sacred. The wooden temple car has exquisite sculptures.
